Your Role
In Brief:
You will manage a portfolio of healthcare institutions while structuring and guiding a team of 2 to 3 Account Managers. This hybrid role consists of 60% managing healthcare facilities and 40% team leadership and structuring.
Your Impact:
You are a strategic cog in the company. Resilience’s revenue heavily relies on operations, and your contributions directly drive growth by maximizing the use of our solutions in healthcare institutions while developing team talent to enhance their contributions.
Your Objective:
Ensure every patient receives superior monitoring through telemonitoring compared to standard follow-ups.
Your Daily Tasks:
Independently manage a portfolio of complex healthcare institutions (CLCC, CH/CHU, private clinics): multi-services, multiple departments, political or budget constraints, by engaging the right stakeholders and setting realistic yet ambitious goals.
Develop an account strategy based on identified barriers and levers, adjusting throughout the project according to the institution's performance.
Remove obstacles and seek innovative solutions to assist institutions in scaling up (change management, recruitment, objection handling, etc.).
Thoroughly analyze the complex dynamics of a healthcare institution, understanding the structural causes of stagnation or plateau in growth and adapting strategies accordingly.
Identify expansion opportunities: opening to other services or pathologies in collaboration with medical partnership managers.
Coordinate internal resources: serve as the link between internal and external teams, leveraging collaboration across sales, implementation, patient care, and product teams.
Coach a team: support skill development, set clear objectives, and monitor KPIs to enhance the performance of each Account Manager.
