Your experience will help Boldr scale responsibly, enhancing financial performance and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end processing of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Review and approve employee expense claims while adhering to company policies.Lead credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Oversee sales invoicing processes to ensure adherence to customer requirements.Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, building strong relationships.Collaborate with internal teams for accurate billing and revenue recognition.Prepare prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end and year-end processes.Lead accounts receivable collection efforts to enhance cash flow.
