Key Responsibilities:Lead the analyst team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency.Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to develop AI-driven tools that enhance analysts' workflows.Manage the execution of both internal and external analytics projects.Adapt analysts’ procedures to align with the evolving landscape of fraud detection and Trustmi product advancements.Proactively assess threats and suspicious activities impacting Trustmi customers, ensuring they are informed and equipped to take necessary actions.Continuously monitor the data flow from customers, confirming comprehensive coverage and access to all relevant data sources.Investigate alerts, performing triage, detailed analysis, and formulating actionable remediation plans.Provide valuable insights into customers’ invoicing and payment processes, assisting them in optimizing operations to mitigate financial losses. Prepare analytical reports for business review meetings.Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and proactive service.Work closely with Research and Development teams to enhance Trustmi’s product offerings.Contribute to the knowledge base by developing fraud analysis reports and best practices.
