Position Highlights:
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST

- Thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
- Handles medical record requests by engaging with patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide accurate medical status updates.
- Documents and organizes information effectively across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors.

Your Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive and process requests for patient health information, adhering to Company and Facility policies.
- Uphold confidentiality and security for all sensitive information.
- Maintain proficiency in Company and facility software applications.
- Comply with the Company's and Customer facilities' Code of Conduct and policies.
- Communicate with management regarding work challenges, site issues, and workload fluctuations.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as required.
- Consistently apply medical privacy regulations to prevent unauthorized disclosures.
- Manage and safeguard patient health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Prepare new patient charts by collecting documents and information from both paper and electronic sources.
- Ensure medical records are accurately assembled in standard order and are complete.
