Qualifications
Required Qualifications• Must be at least 16 years of age• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred• Minimum of one year of experience in Food & Beverage service is preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities• Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards• Familiarity with breakfast menu items, including dietary restrictions and allergens• Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective guest interaction• Strong organizational skills to ensure the timely presentation and replenishment of food items• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail• Capacity to anticipate guest needs and provide a welcoming dining experience

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the breakfast service team to ensure seamless operations
• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast buffet and dining area
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure prompt replenishment of food and beverage items
• Ensure equipment and supplies are functional and report maintenance needs as required
• Assist the supervisor with scheduling, inventory management, and performance feedback
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
