As a Lead Cage Cashier Dual / Supervisor on the 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for executing monetary transactions and maintaining an accurate balance of company assets while delivering outstanding customer service. Your role will involve:
- Processing all guest and company fund transactions in compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
- Exchanging gaming chips and tickets, cashing checks, and managing markers and fills.
- Safeguarding casino cage assets and maintaining accurate bank balances during your shift.
- Assisting customers with credit applications and maintaining their files.
- Issuing window markers and safety deposit boxes to guests.
- Inputting markers, fills, and credit slips into the computer system.
- Responding to guest inquiries and providing information on current promotions.
- Ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining a fully stocked workstation.
- Standing for the majority of the shift while fulfilling these responsibilities.
- Performing supervisory duties as needed.
