The Role:
At HelloFresh, we are on the lookout for a visionary and strategic Lead Compensation Business Partner who will spearhead the development, implementation, and effective adoption of our global compensation initiatives. We seek an outstanding professional who transcends traditional frameworks, utilizes valuable insights, promotes pay transparency, and fosters strong business partnerships to achieve exceptional results. This pivotal role is essential in ensuring our compensation strategies aptly reward and inspire our team members.
As a key player reporting to the Global Director of Compensation Strategy, you will be instrumental in aligning our compensation programs with HelloFresh's pay philosophy, supporting our growth objectives, maintaining competitive positioning, and ensuring compliance in pay practices. Your expertise will shape our global compensation strategy and contribute to the creation of defensible compensation frameworks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with HR and business leaders across technology and global units, offering a global perspective on compensation while providing expert advice on strategy, programs, and pay practices.
- Compensation Program Leadership: Drive existing and new strategic compensation initiatives while supporting the design and execution of global programs such as pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, and top talent retention.
- Analytics and Insights: Deliver data-driven insights and advanced analytics to inform compensation decisions, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market competitiveness, particularly for candidate offers while adhering to our pay philosophy.
- Process and Tool Development: Develop and enhance tools, processes, and metrics/dashboards in collaboration with global Compensation and HR teams to meet the unique compensation needs of the business and provide transparency to leaders and managers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct analyses to identify market movements, assess data gaps, and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Advisory & Enablement: Act as a subject matter expert for compensation strategy, programs, and pay practices. Create communication materials to educate and empower HR partners, leaders, managers, and employees.
