Qualifications
What You’ll Do
Lead the forecasting efforts for essential business metrics such as member growth, purchase volume, and deposit volume, including in-year outlooks and contributions to longer-range forecasts.
Develop, maintain, and enhance accurate, transparent, and scalable forecasting models; document all assumptions and create repeatable processes.
Conduct intramonth pacing, variance, and sensitivity analyses to identify key drivers while surfacing risks and opportunities promptly.
Create scenarios and conduct “what-if” analyses to support planning and real-time decision-making, including the impacts of product or marketing changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align inputs and assumptions, reconcile discrepancies across reporting/forecasting views, and ensure a single source of truth whenever possible.
Manage unit economics and profitability analytics, focusing on LTV/CAC, ROI analysis, and developing frameworks for assessing product and growth initiatives.
Enhance dashboards and forecasting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Looker/Pigment) to boost visibility, consistency, and speed of insights.

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to spearhead forecasting initiatives for our critical growth and revenue metrics. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive forecasting workstreams, including member growth, purchase volume, deposit volume, and monthly performance tracking. You will collaborate closely with teams across Analytics, Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Investor Relations.
This position is perfect for someone who possesses strong analytical skills, excels in model-driven environments, and can translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
The starting base salary for this role ranges from $152,000 to $210,000, with full-time employees also eligible for bonuses, competitive equity packages, and comprehensive benefits. The final salary will be determined based on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
