Qualifications
RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).7+ years of experience in Data Science, with healthcare experience being a significant advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Python, specifically in building enterprise applications and optimization techniques.Strong background in deep learning methodologies applicable to NLP and computer vision models, along with expertise in state-of-the-art generative AI pipelines; knowledge of agentic workflows is a plus.Proven experience in deploying deep learning models at scale in production environments, including hands-on expertise with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.A strong interest in research, with a commitment to staying updated on key developments in AI and ML.In-depth understanding of classical machine learning techniques such as Random Forests, SVM, Boosting, and Bagging, along with experience in developing training and evaluation pipelines.Experience utilizing model explainability techniques such as LIME and SHAP.Hands-on experience with at least one ML platform like Databricks, Azure ML, or SageMaker.Experience in creating and deploying production-ready models.Familiarity with MLOps frameworks.
