We currently serve over 1,000 clients and are committed to continuous growth. Our engineering teams are located in Espoo, Lahti, and Poland, comprising a talented and diverse group of over 55 engineering professionals.
Our platform is built on Microsoft Azure, utilizing technologies such as .NET and React as primary languages, along with Domain-Driven Design and API-first principles. Our data ecosystem features Spark, Azure Synapse, ClickHouse, Azure Fabric/OneLake, and dbt.
We are rapidly expanding our use of AI across our product and engineering teams. The ideal Lead Developer will possess hands-on experience with AI technologies and a strong desire to integrate AI into our engineering practices, enhancing developer productivity and driving advanced product capabilities.
In your role as Lead Developer, you will take on a technical leadership position, guiding our development teams and influencing the technological roadmap of our cloud-based platform. You will ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable while adhering to best practices in software engineering and modern data architecture. This position encompasses full-stack development and extensive data processing, requiring an understanding of when to implement .NET services, event-driven architectures, or data-platform technologies.
You will spearhead architectural decisions, design and evaluate complex systems, and assist in modernizing our platform using Domain-Driven Design and API-first principles. Your role will also involve determining the optimal placement for data transformations—within services or pipelines—ensuring our data solutions are reliable, observable, and cost-effective. Additionally, you will significantly contribute to enhancing our CI/CD pipelines and system reliability.
