Your Key Responsibilities
Facilitate communication with technicians, site managers, and project leaders on location;
Lead, instruct, and manage construction teams to ensure everything proceeds according to plan;
Order and verify generic materials needed for construction;
Conduct inspections on completed assembly work;
Maintain updates on project variations;
Manage project documents efficiently;
Ensure proper instructions and safety checks are in place (including introduction and instruction, explaining the safety and health plan, conducting site inspections, and holding toolbox meetings);
Depending on the project's scale, perform assembly work as needed.
What You Will Do
Nexton has been active for over 20 years in designing, realizing, and maintaining complete, intelligent (electromechanical) installations across various sectors, including entertainment, healthcare, special projects, and real estate revitalization.
As a Lead Electromechanical Technician at Nexton, you will oversee a team of up to six technicians and work on diverse projects, ensuring that no two days are alike. One day, you might be involved in a large redevelopment project for a corporate building, delivering installations with your team, while the next day, you could be engaged in the redevelopment of a parking complex in the metropolitan area.
On-site, you will serve as the central point of contact for your team, coordinating daily tasks with various site managers and project leaders. Regular work and planning meetings will take place at our office in Velserbroek.
