About the job
- Coordinate and plan the deployment of the entire field service team.
- Provide technical support to technicians during complex installations and service cases.
- Conduct your own installation and service operations on-site with customers.
- Act as a liaison between project management, sales, and technical teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, and installation standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist with material planning, logistics, and project preparation.
- Serve as the on-site contact for customers regarding complex technical inquiries.
- Primarily plan deployments within Germany, with occasional projects in other European countries.
