Position Overview: Government Affairs & Partnerships Lead
We are in search of a seasoned and highly organized Government Affairs & Partnerships Lead to advance and operationalize our state government affairs strategy and external collaborations. Reporting directly to our CEO, Felicia Curcuru, this pivotal role will involve managing intricate state-level advocacy initiatives, collaborating with lobbyists and policymakers, and ensuring that our government affairs initiatives remain aligned, accountable, and effectively executed.
This position requires a unique blend of strategic coordination, executive engagement, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will have experience interacting with senior government officials, adeptly managing competing priorities, and engaging in sometimes challenging conversations to facilitate progress. Additionally, this role will contribute to the formalization and management of key partnerships within the child welfare and public sector landscape.
