The Opportunity
Narvar is expanding! We are on the lookout for a dynamic Strategy & Transformation Lead to become an integral part of the Office of the CEO. This pivotal role is tailored for a professional adept at translating complex data into strategic narratives. Your mission will involve defining success metrics for Narvar in the AI era, spearheading essential initiatives endorsed by the CEO, and developing insightful narratives regarding Narvar’s business and product advancements.
This role offers a unique chance for an individual passionate about connecting strategy with execution and probing new dimensions in evaluating a scaling enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analytics & Strategic Storytelling
As the primary analytical authority for the Office of the CEO, you will shape how Narvar communicates its value proposition to stakeholders including the Board, investors, and the market.
- Value Framework: Innovate the metrics and rationale for assessing product value in an AI-driven landscape.
- Board & Executive Comms: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to relay data and critical insights to the Board and Executive team. You will convert intricate operational data into compelling narratives that underscore Narvar's strategic direction.
- Performance Architecture: Design and maintain a 'Control Tower'—creating and refining a suite of dashboards and KPIs that deliver real-time insights into organizational health and efficiency.
2. AI Transformation Program Management
You will play a central role in Narvar's internal AI transformation.
- Use Case Prioritization: Collaborate with leaders across functions (Engineering, GTM, Finance, CX) to identify, define, and prioritize AI use cases and tool implementations.
- Measurement Frameworks: Own the 'Source of Truth' for AI advancements. You will develop and monitor leading indicators (e.g., tool adoption) and lagging indicators (e.g., ticket resolution, time-to-value) to demonstrate the transformation's effect.
- Change Management: Ensure that AI initiatives are woven into the core operational structure of the company—addressing skill gaps as necessary.
3. CEO-Sponsored Initiatives
Drive strategic initiatives that align with the CEO’s vision and objectives, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve company goals.
