Position Overview
We are in search of a seasoned finance leader to spearhead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Controlling, and Internal Control. This pivotal role will play a vital part in shaping financial strategy, ensuring effective governance, and facilitating key strategic transformations across the organization.
The successful candidate will be integral to financial planning, management reporting, compliance, and process enhancement, collaborating closely with Executive Management and essential stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budget and forecasting processes, ensuring precision, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive financial planning cycles to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting to Executive Management and lead consolidation efforts, providing detailed analyses of financial outcomes.
- Enhance the quality and clarity of reporting while delivering valuable business insights.
- Act as the finance lead on strategic projects, including divestitures and transitions, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring robust financial risk management.
- Oversee and maintain ERP [SAP] and financial consolidation tools [Tagetik], ensuring effective monitoring and testing of financial processes and internal controls.
