Minimum of 5+ years in GTM operations, sales engineering, or Revenue Operations, with a strong preference for those who have developed outbound strategies and SDR systems. Experience in technical sales, data engineering, or growth/marketing operations is advantageous.

Your Responsibilities
Outbound Infrastructure: Develop and implement scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach—taking ownership of the technical foundation of our outbound strategy, from data pipelines to automation workflows.
SDR Enablement & Optimization: Provide SDRs with top-tier tools, playbooks, and data insights to enhance efficiency and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
