About the job
Be a pivotal part of a child's first learning journey. At Guidepost Montessori, our Lead Infant Guides foster serene, nurturing environments that view infants as capable individuals from their very first moments.
If you have a passion for early childhood development and aspire to lead a thoughtfully crafted classroom that promotes independence, movement, and discovery, we invite you to connect with us.
As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will manage a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) within a Montessori setting designed to facilitate each child’s natural growth and learning.
In a Montessori framework, both the environment and the guide work in harmony to foster independence, curiosity, and confidence. You will meticulously prepare the classroom, observe each child closely, and offer personalized care that respects their individual rhythms and needs.
Most importantly, you will help infants cultivate trust in themselves and their surroundings, establishing a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning.
