Position Overview:
As a Lead Instructor at Correlation One, you will deliver exceptional, live virtual instruction while collaborating with company staff to achieve outstanding learning results. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting large synchronous online lectures on technical subjects, catering to diverse groups of 100 to over 8,000 learners based on the program.
The role entails preparing and facilitating virtual classroom sessions, coordinating with operational staff, and contributing to the overall success of our educational programs.
Program Specifics:
- Program Duration: June 2 - November 16, 2026.
- Lecture Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 19:00 - 21:30 AEST (5:00 AM - 7:30 AM ET).
Classroom Leadership:
- Lead and manage interactive virtual classroom sessions for a variety of learners.
- Oversee class Q&A, manage chat engagement, and maintain overall class energy and dynamics.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Correlation One operations to ensure seamless program execution and compliance with timelines.
- Be adaptable in contributing to classes during weekdays and/or weekends, as program schedules may vary.
- Participate in lesson design, development, and enhancements, including tracking revisions and feedback.
