What will you do?
Participate in the daily IT Service Desk operations and set a positive example;
Maintain oversight of planning, priorities, and ongoing tasks;
Identify bottlenecks in processes and collaboration;
Initiate, implement, and ensure process improvements;
Monitor adherence to methods, procedures, and quality standards;
Coordinate and adjust tasks based on SLA dashboards;
Serve as the first point of contact for operational inquiries and escalations;
Translate policies into practical and workable execution;
Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
