As the Data & Systems Intelligence Lead, you will architect, implement, and oversee our analytics and insights systems across flight operations, engineering, and customer-facing features. This staff-level role is pivotal in establishing the analytics infrastructure that facilitates predictive maintenance, provides insights into system-level performance trends, and supports deep understanding for both internal and external stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be on the Helix and BlackFly projects, ensuring the necessary visibility and intelligence to promote fleet readiness and enhance customer trust. Collaborating closely with engineering, testing, and product teams, you will integrate telemetry and operational data into comprehensive dashboards, alerts, and strategic roadmaps.
