About The Role:
- You will oversee the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from the moment the sales and legal teams finalize the commercial contract until the event's conclusion.
- You will act as the primary liaison among all stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams.
- As the overall process owner, you will collaborate within a team, ensuring timely execution through effective management of departmental tasks.
- You will communicate product and process requirements to HQ, working closely with product and engineering teams to create a consolidated list of needs and prioritize them.
- You will create and maintain a comprehensive Q&A resource to address potential user inquiries handled by our support team.
