Your mission will involve fostering strong, trusted relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders. You will empower institutions to maximize their investment in the Stellic platform by spearheading critical initiatives that align with their strategic goals. Collaborating closely with institutional leadership, you will define the vision for key programs and coordinate efforts among various Stellic experts and team members to ensure successful implementation. Your performance will be assessed based on initiative progress, partner satisfaction (NPS), retention rates, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging your expertise to drive student success through the Stellic platform. You will own the relationship at a strategic level, fully understanding partners' priorities and translating them into actionable initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partner institutions to develop comprehensive multi-year success plans that align Stellic's capabilities with their objectives and challenges.
Project Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of 1–3 concurrent Stellic initiatives per partner, defining project scope, success metrics, and securing executive alignment. You will transition execution to the delivery teams while retaining strategic oversight and accountability for results.
Effective Communication: Conduct business reviews and present initiative progress and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships with senior leaders.
Value Delivery: Set clear retention and success goals for partners, focusing on high product adoption and platform utilization. Ensure that NPS trends towards our goal of 70. Identify upsell opportunities that enhance the partner's strategic plan for student success.
Renewal & Growth: Drive contract renewals grounded in the value delivered and identify avenues for expansion, including additional full-time equivalents (FTEs) and modules aligned with the strategic plan.
Thought Leadership: Act as a strategic “voice of the customer” for internal teams (product, marketing, sales), advocating for improvements and enhancements to Stellic’s offerings.
