Job Summary
We are in search of a visionary and strategic Lead – People & Culture who will spearhead our organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive our people strategy. This pivotal role is tasked with creating a high-performance, inclusive, and values-oriented workplace while ensuring that our HR initiatives are in harmony with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of People & Culture strategies that align with business goals.
- Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational culture, employee engagement, and employer branding.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Devise and implement policies, programs, and frameworks that significantly improve the employee experience.
- Drive change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transformation.
- Utilize HR analytics and employee insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver impactful people solutions.
