The position merges hands-on engineering with architectural responsibility, technical decision-making, and leadership within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and steer the technical evolution of our GraphQL-based omnichannel API platform.
Establish and uphold API standards, schema governance, and best engineering practices.
Contribute actively to the codebase, ensuring quality and performance.
Lead technical design discussions and guide solution strategies across teams.
Mentor engineers, fostering skill development within the team.
Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and architecture stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security.
Work effectively with hybrid teams based in Vietnam and Australia.
