Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the overall architecture of our AI SaaS platform.Lead the development of critical platform services, ensuring their seamless integration.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive technical documentation.Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.Actively engage in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and alerting strategies.Required Qualifications:8+ years of relevant industry experience.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead, directing the work of others.Production experience at scale with a generative AI application or platform.Expertise in Python and solid skills in TypeScript or Java, along with experience in a modern compiled language such as Go or Rust.Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform).Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.Strong knowledge of scaling tools like Docker.
