As the Pricing and Yield Lead, you will take ownership of the revenue strategies that propel KICK’s growth. This pivotal role involves transforming data into actionable insights, collaborating closely with our Sales and Partnerships teams to optimize revenue and inventory management. Your contributions will have a direct impact on business performance, influencing everything from dynamic pricing strategies to the governance of deal desk operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of rate cards, discount matrices, and pricing tiers, ensuring that all deals maintain margin and yield integrity.
- Analyze daily fill rates, bid density, and sell-through metrics to establish optimal pricing floors.
- Lead governance of the deal desk, conduct annual negotiations, and perform ad hoc analyses while ensuring the integrity of the Order Management System, dashboards, and business reporting.
- Act as a vital link between commercial opportunities and inventory realities, ensuring all revenue potentials are maximized.
