As the Lead Product Analyst at ASOS, you will be pivotal in steering cross-functional analytics that influence our planning, development, and optimization efforts across both ASOS Brands and Partner Brands. Your insights will ensure ASOS presents a curated assortment of own-brand collections and third-party labels that embody trend-led design, inclusive sizing, and a global perspective on style, specifically tailored for our fashion-savvy customers in their 20s.
In this role, you will spearhead analytical workstreams for crucial initiatives such as Test & React, Partner Fulfillment, and Customer Funnel Optimization. You will translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that foster alignment and drive impact across teams.
This high-visibility position sits at the intersection of data, product, and strategy, with your contributions directly shaping product development, enhancing customer experiences, and unlocking scalable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product analytics initiatives, surfacing insights that inform product strategy and enhance commercial results.
- Convert complex data into understandable, actionable recommendations aimed at improving customer experience and business performance.
- Create and manage dashboards that centralize key performance metrics and facilitate in-depth analysis across teams.
- Oversee end-to-end experimentation analysis, providing guidance for iterations and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to present findings, influence strategic priorities, and align on business objectives.
- Champion data literacy across teams, enabling self-service insights through training, documentation, and tools.
- Prioritize work based on business impact and effectively communicate timelines and outcomes.
