Your Responsibilities
The Lead Product Designer will oversee the entire user experience of the ElectronX exchange—from initial login to live trading. This position is ideal for a designer who excels at navigating the complexities of finance while creating engaging interactions. Your challenge will be to ensure high-stakes transactional products are intuitive, reliable, and swift. You will manage all facets of Product Design, from strategic planning to prototyping and product launch, collaborating closely with Engineering and Compliance teams to deliver experiences that meet the needs of sophisticated market participants while supporting ElectronX's overall commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage comprehensive user journeys across the exchange including onboarding, funding, trading, risk and position management, and settlement.
Design and refine high-stakes transactional experiences such as orders, collateral, and withdrawals where accuracy and timely comprehension are vital.
Develop and enhance a cohesive visual language and interaction guidelines that ensure every user interaction is significant.
Contribute to product roadmaps, refine design processes, and disseminate knowledge through documentation and presentations.

Convert intricate financial and technical concepts into clear, trustworthy user flows for a diverse audience, including institutional energy and market participants.
