You will collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to accelerate deal velocity while maintaining alignment, rigor, and sound commercial judgment. This role involves managing highly customized enterprise deals that require structured coordination, meticulous contract management, and the ability to navigate complex relationships among multiple stakeholders.Initially, you will focus on driving deal execution and instilling structure in our current operations. Over time, you will contribute to the development of playbooks, processes, and infrastructure that will help scale the Deal Desk function at Mimica.Your Daily ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the progression of deal requests through the Deal Desk, ensuring ongoing stakeholder alignment and efficiency in deal flow.Act as the key coordinator among Sales, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, and executive stakeholders to oversee approvals, dependencies, and timelines.Assist in structuring deals, obtaining pricing approvals, managing discounting, and negotiating non-standard commercial terms in accordance with company policies.Review and oversee customer contract workflows, including handling minor redlines, supporting contract negotiations, and escalating complex legal matters when necessary.Collaborate with internal teams to assist with security questionnaires, customer diligence requests, RFPs, and other deal-related requirements.Develop and enhance repeatable workflows, playbooks, templates, and approval processes to streamline deal velocity and mitigate operational challenges.Help standardize common commercial and contractual positions while identifying opportunities for automation, tools, and process improvements.Contribute to the strategic design and scaling of the Deal Desk function, shaping team dynamics and operational models for the future.
