- Proactively patrol the hotel, casino, and outdoor areas to identify and address any disturbances, illegal activities, or safety hazards, taking necessary action to ensure safety.
- Oversee the security of all keys and access points within the premises.
- Ensure accurate and complete log entries are made, and review any Employee Accident and Incident Reports.
- Provide operational leadership as the on-duty lead during assigned shifts, offering direction and support, including assigning posts, managing breaks, and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Conduct safety and security operations, which include patrolling assigned areas to deter criminal activity and identify potential safety concerns. Respond to incidents such as disturbances, medical emergencies, suspicious activities, lost items, and workplace violence.
- Assist with crowd control, emergency evacuations, and liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including access control and emergency notification platforms, and assist fellow security officers with their duties as required. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
