Your Impact
As a Lead Solar Field Service Technician (Utility-Scale / PV Repair), you will engage with large utility-scale solar farms—not residential or rooftop systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining ground-mount solar systems, central/string inverters, and power plant equipment, while leading a small field crew (4+ technicians). You'll ensure that work is conducted safely, accurately, and on schedule. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for individuals with substantial experience in utility-scale solar environments (megawatt-scale projects).
This position requires 100% travel.
