The Opportunity
We are seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to spearhead the development of Passage’s analytics infrastructure and decision-making framework.
This pivotal role combines engineering, analytics, and business strategy. You will architect systems that convert operational data into dependable insights utilized throughout the organization.
From your first day, you will collaborate closely with leadership across engineering, growth, credit, finance, product, and operations. You will design the data architecture, establish pipelines and analytical models, and create metrics that drive Passage’s operational strategies.
As a senior member of our team, you will have a significant impact across the organization, developing the analytics layer of our data platform, ensuring the integrity and reliability of decision-related data, and establishing best practices for data utilization in operations and growth.
As Passage continues to expand, you will help define our long-term data strategy and play a crucial role in enhancing our analytics capabilities.
