Role Overview:
As the Staff Instrumentation and Controls Engineer for Deployment, you will lead the deployment and execution of the 'nervous system' for Crusoe's hyperscale data centers. You will take charge of the installation and integration of advanced BMS/EPMS and SCADA solutions, ensuring precise monitoring and control of our high-performance computing environments. Your role is crucial; by effectively integrating HVAC, electrical, and monitoring systems into a cohesive operational framework, you will guarantee that our AI-optimized cloud infrastructure is resilient, efficient, and scalable from the outset.
This leadership opportunity requires a technical expert who can seamlessly connect engineering design with on-site execution. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the rollout of complex systems, coordinating contractor integration, and establishing deployment standards that will support our global expansion. We are looking for an enthusiastic problem-solver who excels in a dynamic, hands-on setting and is eager to bring automated systems to life, fostering operational consistency and efficiency across our startup.
