About the Team and Role:
Join our Firefox User Research team, where we are devoted to human-centered exploration of intricate challenges. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, we strive to align business objectives with user insights, ultimately influencing product and design strategies.
As a Staff Quantitative User Researcher, you will spearhead strategic quantitative research initiatives. Collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, marketers, and fellow researchers, you will leverage quantitative methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of user experiences, needs, motivations, and behaviors. Your findings will translate into actionable insights that drive product roadmaps and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic, end-to-end quantitative research projects, from identifying business needs and crafting surveys to analyzing data and communicating insights that shape product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing, to create a robust research roadmap that targets high-impact research opportunities.
