The Lead Strategic Communications Specialist serves as the "Voice of OCI," adeptly managing the intricacies of conveying technical and clinical transformations to a workforce that may feel disenfranchised or overwhelmed. This position ensures that the significance of the Federal EHR is communicated effectively and understood by all.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communications Development: Create and uphold an executive-level communications strategy. Identify key messages, themes, channels, and target audiences pertinent to OCI initiatives.
- Oversight of Multimedia Production: Supervise the design and dissemination of digital, print, and multimedia materials, ensuring alignment with the organization's core values, tone, and visual identity.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Formulate strategies for stakeholder interaction, which may include town halls, podcasts, and open office hours. Simplify complex technical language into clear, accessible communication.
- Centralized Knowledge Management: Direct a centralized repository of knowledge to enhance stakeholder communication and define clinical requirements.
