Position Description:
As the Lead Sushi Cook, you will oversee all culinary operations at the Sushi Bar, ensuring alignment with Sensei by Nobu’s high standards and financial objectives. Your role will include maintaining facilities, developing personnel, and upholding the organization's policies and applicable laws in your supervisory responsibilities. You will also be involved in interviewing and training staff, as well as innovating menu offerings.
