Qualifications
Requirements:
Availability during EDT Timezone work hours
5+ years of substantial Microsoft Exchange experience
Expertise in Exchange 2019 / Exchange SE and deploying Exchange in AWS (EC2, EBS, networking)
Strong background in Database Availability Group (DAG) design and configuration
Experience with migrating production Exchange environments
Proficiency in Windows Server 2022
Active Directory schema preparation and health validation skills
Experience with Exchange-aware backup solutions (preferably Veeam)
Knowledge of log truncation configuration and validation
Experience with Recovery Database (RDB) restore procedures
Designing backup retention and conducting restore testing
Experience in Edge Transport decommissioning
Integrating secure mail gateways like IronPort or similar
Configuring SSL certificates (SAN / Autodiscover)
Validating Exchange transport agents
Managing third-party application compatibility during upgrades
Upper-intermediate English proficiency
