The Job
We are seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to shape the teams that develop products aimed at removing barriers for our clients in need of support. This role will report to the Head of Talent and join our small yet dynamic recruiting team, consisting of five members, as the most experienced recruiter.
As a Lead Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the complete recruiting cycle for technical positions, from sourcing candidates to closing offers.
Collaborating closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop search strategies.
Building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines, engaging both active and passive candidates.
Overseeing the interview process to ensure clear communication, prompt feedback, and a positive candidate experience.
Simultaneously advancing multiple searches while maintaining high hiring standards.
Enhancing the recruiting team’s performance by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of recruiting excellence across the organization.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focusing on technical recruitment.
Proven success in collaborating with VP or C-suite hiring stakeholders as a senior recruiter.
