This Will Be Your Role
In the role of Lead Technician for train security and signaling systems, you will coach, coordinate, organize, and plan the daily execution of projects within the exciting domain of rail security and infrastructure. You will oversee processes, maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and play a vital role in motivating and coaching your team on-site. Together, you will contribute to the success of the projects while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations in rail infrastructure. Safety is ingrained in your work ethic, and you take responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment. The responsibilities include:
Functionally leading a team of train security technicians;
Preparing work execution by assigning tasks, gathering necessary materials and tools, surveying, and implementing safety or labor measures;
Executing and monitoring work according to plan;
Conducting measurements and inspections;
Utilizing and verifying prescribed safety and personal protective equipment;
Instructing operational staff on Safety, Labor Conditions, and Environment;
Documenting and reporting work progress, including additional and reduced work and time registration;
Discussing work processes and providing explanations to the Project Manager;
