The Lead Test Engineer will spearhead the testing initiatives within our dynamic Product Development teams situated in the Ballpark & Ticketing Experience division. This pivotal role involves working collaboratively within an Agile framework alongside top-tier Application Developers, Product Managers, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure the delivery of outstanding products efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Championing quality throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Creating and disseminating clear test strategies, outcomes, and coverage reports to stakeholders.
Evaluating product functionality from a user experience standpoint across diverse platforms, including iOS, Android, and web, to guarantee an exceptional fan journey.
Conducting service layer testing using tools such as Postman, Paw, and REST-assured.
Leveraging debugging proxies, application performance monitoring, and machine-generated data to diagnose issues effectively.
Enhancing test automation frameworks and pinpointing opportunities for automation and testing tool integration.
Co-managing the backlog for automation and testing tools.
Acting as a subject matter expert and mentor on testing methodologies.
Exhibiting deep product/platform knowledge to identify design and implementation risks during the planning and design phases.
