Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Analyze existing TIBCO BWCE and EMS integrations to formulate migration strategies and identify potential risks.Lead the migration of approximately 100 integrations across various environments, guaranteeing stability and zero disruption to mission-critical systems.Design and implement message-driven integration flows using TIBCO BusinessWorks and EMS.Manage and optimize TIBCO EMS brokers, focusing on configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Migrate integrations between TIBCO BusinessWorks versions (5.x/6.x to BWCE) and modern deployment environments.Ensure reliable connectivity with external financial data providers while maintaining data integrity and delivery guarantees.Design and implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, and transaction management.Transform and orchestrate data across formats such as XML, JSON, and financial standards (e.g., ISO 20022, FpML).Collaborate with application teams and vendors to align on integration contracts and dependencies.Document integration architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team engineers.Troubleshoot complex issues across messaging, middleware, network, and application layers.
