The Lead Trainer will be pivotal in enhancing the service quality across our London chauffeur fleet. As we continue to expand in one of Europe’s most prominent markets, this role is vital for ensuring that every chauffeur meets Wheely’s service standards. The position emphasizes delivering engaging training to chauffeurs while managing and adapting learning materials to suit the London market. The Lead Trainer will evaluate chauffeur performance, offer constructive feedback, and conduct impactful one-on-one coaching sessions.
Serving as the voice of the chauffeur, the Lead Trainer will act as the local expert—supporting chauffeurs, responding to inquiries, and ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and guidance to provide exceptional service. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence service excellence and enhance the overall passenger experience in London.
