Role Overview
As a Lead Window Installer, your responsibilities will include:
Installing home remodeling products in accordance with Mad City’s high standards
Performing finish work as necessary for various construction applications
Engaging with management post-installation to ensure client satisfaction and approval of final payments
Completing carpentry checklists with homeowners upon project completion
Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction
Proficient in window replacement and wrapping techniques
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills, able to effectively interact with homeowners and team members
