As a Learning and Development Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in fostering employee growth at a leading cybersecurity firm. Over the span of ten weeks, you will actively contribute to significant projects, including analyzing learning engagement, enhancing training processes, and developing a pilot virtual speaker series. This internship provides insight into program management, instructional design, and AI tools within a collaborative and innovative setting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Devise a strategy for a learning engagement and impact dashboard—identify trends and assess employee engagement with L&D global offerings to create a new reporting framework.
- Lead a key project—design and implement a streamlined speaker series to elevate the impact of internal experts sharing their knowledge in an engaging manner.
- Format and enhance learning resources—improve the structure and usability of guides and materials to facilitate better learning experiences.
