Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Learning and Development, preferably within a global organization. Strong facilitation and presentation skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and experience with virtual training tools will be highly regarded. A passion for fostering an inclusive workplace culture is a must.
