Job Summary:
The Learning and Performance Consultant plays a pivotal role in advancing our training initiatives. This position involves consulting with company leaders to identify training needs, designing and delivering engaging training content across various platforms, and facilitating both internal and external training resources. The consultant will also manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the proper deployment of content, user administration, and detailed reporting. Additionally, responsibilities include creating, editing, and overseeing training materials such as documentation and manuals. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate training role, developing learning solutions across all organizational levels. Some travel may be required.
