You will play a pivotal role in delivering administrative services and project support by managing data entry in our Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating training logistics to ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Course Administration: Schedule courses and instructors, send invitations to participants, and confirm their attendance.
Logistics and Reservations: Book training venues, hotels, and flights for instructors, as well as manage office supply orders and document scanning.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and liaise with participants ahead of their training sessions.
Data Management: Enter data into the LMS and keep training documentation current.
Reporting and Follow-up: Generate data reports through the LMS and ensure all teaching materials and resources are adequately prepared.
