About the Role
As a key member of our team, the Learning & Development Manager will report to the Director of Talent Development and play a pivotal role in enhancing Betterment's high-performance culture. You will design and implement impactful learning experiences that are scalable and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will assess development needs, create tailored solutions, and effectively manage the execution of programs. Our NYC office serves as the primary workplace for this role. Below is the salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience and performance. The range is just one component of Betterment's overall employee compensation package.
- New York City: $110,000-$120,000

A Day in the Life
- Program Management: Oversee multiple learning initiatives from inception to completion, including managing logistics, communications, enrollment tracking, and feedback collection. Ensure external vendors deliver high-quality experiences aligned with program objectives.
- Design and Deliver Learning Solutions: Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and design training programs that enhance team effectiveness.
