We are seeking an individual who will:Develop and sustain the vision of Eurostar's training organization to:Ensure alignment with Eurostar's mission and vision.Maintain a customer-centric focus, serving the needs of learners.Enhance the quality of assessments for reliable, objective, and comprehensive certification.Improve teaching processes and organizational structure to meet current standards.Analyze training specifications to:Determine the feasibility of training programs with or without adjustments, meeting required deadlines.Provide optimal learning pedagogies.Facilitate the skill development of participants.Evaluate post-training feedback to:Assess learner satisfaction through Level 1 evaluation results.Identify areas for improvement with instructional designers.Analyze Level 2 evaluation results (knowledge tests).Prepare and lead post-training reviews with the business.Oversee instructional designers and trainers by:Validating their respective qualifications.Providing classroom feedback.Reviewing all training materials for pedagogical accuracy.Documenting progress in the Assess tech CMS.
