- Lead, plan, and implement training objectives in alignment with security and program guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with regional security managers to assess trends and training needs.
- Organize, prepare, and conduct training sessions for security staff, supervisors, site management, and HQ teams.
- Assign and manage training within the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training documentation.
- Develop, update, and facilitate training materials.
- Conduct regular document reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with current standards.
- Represent the training team in cross-departmental projects aimed at process optimization and documentation creation.
- Perform audits, generate reports, and conduct site visits; international travel may be required (up to approximately 40%).
